General FAQ

Note: You don't necessarily have to understand all of the General FAQ to succeed with Morefunds. The minimum you need to do to succeed with Morefunds:
1. Join Morefunds by opening an account;
2. Set up your E-Wallet account and fund it, or link your credit card to it;
3. Upgrade in Morefunds by making your $20 payment;
4. Enter your E-Wallet account in the Morefunds Member Area;
5. Sponsor downline members to earn referral bonus;

1. I have a currency account. How do I sign up?
You presumably reached Morefunds from a referral/sales page. On that page there should be "join" links. You click on one of them and complete the join procedure.

2. Which e-currencies do you accept?
We accept OKPay, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, PayPal.

3. How old do I need to be to participate?
You must be 15 years of age to particpate. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental permission.

4. How long does it take for my membership to be available?
Your membership will be available within 24 hours.

5. How can I change my e-mail address or password?
Log into your account and click on the "My Account Info". You can change your e-mail address and password there.

6. When the last person on the earth joins Morefunds, who can they possibly have as their downline, and if no downline, how can they make any money? System appears flawed to me, someone has to lose. Am I correct?
You're mistaken. There's no "last person on earth." About 350,000 new persons are born every day.

7. What is so special about Morefunds that makes it different from other moneymaking programs?
You do not introduce new members, you can still make money when you have downlines that was sponsored by your uplines. If you refer new members you can earn lots of money from the system.

8. I'm looking for a program where everyone will be able to make money with little or no recruiting and that will last for a while. The reason I ask about the need to recruit is because of the fact that most people will not bring in anyone to their program and as a result will lose money and then quit. How does Morefunds overcome these challenges?
You do not have to introduce new members into our plans. If you join soon, you will have an advantage position in the network.

9. How will I know how much I've earned?
Login to the member area and click "account". You will then be presented with your stats.

10. How can I withdraw funds?
Login to your account using your username and password and check the Withdraw section.

11. Is there any Minimum Withdrawal Amount Limit?
The minimum for a withdraw is 10 USD.
If you wish to withdraw an amount of money which is less than $10 from your Morefunds account: then contact us.

12. After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my ecurrency account?
Funds are usually available within 24 business hours.

13. If I don't sponsor anyone, how much can I realistically expect to earn with Morefunds?
It depends on how many members we have. The best way to maximize your earnings is to start sponsoring others immediately. As soon as your Morefunds membership is profitable, you can tell prospects that the program works and that you got paid. This should make it considerably easier for those who usually find it difficult to sponsor.

14. I joined Morefunds under X, but my direct upline is Y. My sponsor should be X. Why isn't my direct upline X?
Because the level 1 of X has 10 members. This 10 people can join after you or before you but it certainly has upgraded their account before you and they belong to one of the following cases:
1. They are sponsored by X.
2. They are are sponsored by one of X's up lines.
3. They enroll in our program without a sponsor.

15. I sponsored some members and I was wondering where I can find them in the member area?
Click on "Referral" in the menu.

16. Do I have to promote?
No. You don't have to promote if you don't want to.

17. I have 13 referrals already and I have only 3 upgrades to show. Am I doing something wrong?
You're not necessarily doing anything wrong. It could be a "statistical fluke" or even a "normal variation." You could communicate with your referrals and tell them why they should upgrade. It's also possible that your marketing approach attracts "tire kickers."

18. Can I have multiple accounts on Morefunds?
No. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You can only have the one active account with Morefunds.

19. I'm in the process of signing up with Morefunds. I just want to know if I have to do any promoting. Advertising is hard and expensive. I read something about buying referrals. How does this help me make a profit?
You don't have to do any promoting if you don't want to. There are many inexpensive and free methods to advertise online. If your referrals is continuing to refer more people, you will receive 5% for each new registered members (activated) from 2nd generation to 15th generation.

20. I'm very disappointed with online business. I've lost a lot; never made a dime. Please be honest; how long will it take me to start making some money?
This is a most important and revealing question. It may be appropriate to be "very disappointed with online business," because most "online businesses" are unworkable for most people who try to make money with them. However, you say nothing about your own performance. Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with your own performance?
Think of a driver intending to go on a journey, driving a car. The driver needs to be able to drive or learn to drive. The car needs to be in good condition. If the driver can't drive, the journey is a non-starter, no matter how good the car.
It will take you as long to start making money, as it takes you to become a sufficiently competent "business driver."

21. I lost my password. How do I find out what it is?

22. Can I change my Morefunds email address/password?
Yes. Log into the Member Area and click on "My Account Info" in the menu. There you will be able to change your name, password and email address.

23. How can I find out who is in my downline?
Log into the Member Area and click on "Referrals" in the menu. The details of your first level are provided. You may want to communicate with them to assist them to promote Morefunds more successfully. Only upgraded members have downlines.

24. Why do you only show the first level of my downline?
The first: The Morefunds management decided that showing more than one level requires too many system resources.
Second: We want you to focus to care on the first level of yours than to find something in the downline members.
Third: Your system will be protected from the pulling of others. If someone wants to know about your downline, you are the only one who can provide that information.

25. If I have problems with using the Morefunds website, can I get help from you?
Please first try to determine if the problem is actually with our site. We receive many help requests where the problem turns out to be an error on the user's part. If you are new to computers or the Internet, you should first seek assistance from a friend or associate who is more knowledgeable in this area. You can also contact your Morefunds sponsor. If you are still unable to solve the problem, you can use the Help Request Form to describe the problem to the Morefunds administrator.

26. I can not view the members in level 2. How can I make a list of the members when I am eligible for 10% global share.
we do not allow you to see the member in level 2. However, to prove you're a good leader, you must contact your downlines in level 1 to get the list of members in level 2. You must send us the list of members in level 1 and level 2 to qualify for 10% global share forever.
